• Contact details: Name, phone when ordering services or posting jobs
• Payment info: Processed securely by Selar. We don't store card details
• CV/Resume files: When you use our writing or review services
• Job application data: When you save jobs or click Apply

Information Collected Automatically:

• Usage data: Pages visited, jobs clicked, time on site via cookies
• Device data: IP address, browser type, device type for analytics
• Location: Country-level only for currency and job filtering

2. How We Use Your Information

• Send job alerts and newsletters you subscribed to
• Process service orders and payments
• Improve our website and job recommendations
• Track job application clicks for analytics
• Comply with legal obligations
• Prevent fraud and abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use these trusted services:

• Supabase: Database and authentication. GDPR compliant
• Brevo: Email delivery. Your email is stored securely
• Selar: Payment processing. PCI-DSS compliant
• Adsterra: Advertisements. May use cookies for ad targeting
• Vercel/Render: Website hosting

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.

5. Data Retention

• Email subscribers: Until you unsubscribe
• Service orders: 7 years for accounting/legal
• Job click data: 2 years for analytics
• CV files: Deleted 30 days after delivery

• Delete: Request deletion of your data
• Correct: Update inaccurate information

Terms of Service

By using RemotENG, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use our services.

1. Use of Service

You may use RemotENG to:

You may NOT:

• Scrape or copy our job listings
• Post fake jobs or spam
• Use our service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our servers
• Impersonate others

2. Job Listings

We aggregate jobs from third-party sources and employers. We don't guarantee:

• Job availability or accuracy of listings
• That you'll be hired
• Employer responses
• Salary or benefits listed

Always verify job details directly with employers. Apply at your own discretion.

3. Career Services

• Delivery: CV/Resume within 48hrs, Cover Letter 24hrs, Review 24hrs
• Revisions: 2 free revisions within 7 days of delivery
• Ownership: You own the final documents we create for you
• No Guarantee: We don't guarantee interviews or job offers

4. VIP Subscription

• Billing: Monthly recurring via Selar. Cancel anytime
• Access: Immediate upon payment
• Cancellation: Access continues until end of billing period
• No Refunds: For partial months already delivered

5. Employer Job Posting

• Free Posts: Reviewed within 1 hour. We may reject spam/low-quality posts
• Featured Posts: Pinned for 30 days after payment. Non-refundable once live
• Content: You must have rights to post the job. No discrimination allowed
• Removal: We may remove jobs that violate our terms

6. Intellectual Property

RemotENG logo, design, and content are owned by us. You may not copy or reuse without permission. Job listings belong to respective employers.

7. Limitation of Liability

RemotENG is provided "as is". We're not liable for:

• Job application outcomes
• Employer actions or misrepresentations
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime by emailing support.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Lagos, Nigeria courts.

Refund Policy

CV/Resume/Cover Letter Services

• Before Work Starts: 100% refund if you cancel before we start
• After Delivery: 2 free revisions within 7 days. No refund after delivery if work matches order specs
• Quality Issues: If work is unusable or doesn't match order, full refund

VIP Subscription

• 7-Day Guarantee: Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of first payment
• After 7 Days: Cancel anytime. No refund for current month, but access continues until period ends

Featured Job Posts

• Before Live: 100% refund if you cancel before job goes live
• After Live: No refunds. Service is considered delivered once posted

How to Request Refund

Email support@remoteng.com.ng with your order email and reason. We respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds processed in 5-7 business days.
